CONSTRUCTION + FIT/EASE
The Great Granny Advent Shawl is constructed from the
bottom up, with increases at the center and at each edge.
It’s a fairly large, oversized shawl perfect for wrapping up
on cold windy days, or for cuddling by the fire while you sip
a hot drink.
YARN NOTES
I designed this shawl specifically for advent collections
which consist of 24 mini skeins and one full skein, all in
fingering weight yarn. I used the Classic Advent Set from
McMullin Fiber Co, but really you can use any advent or
mini skein set as long as you have enough colors and a
100g/400ish yard main skein.
